How to Register?
Go to the Register page. Choose a username in alphanumeric characters (letters and numbers only). Be careful with choosing usernames. The username can not be changed and it is part of the URL to your shop or group home page when you become a seller or a group owner. For example, the URL to your shop can be username.GlobalValueDirect.com or username.myGVD.com
1. Enter your password and a valid email address.
2. Check your email box for the activation email.
3. Use the link in the activation email to activate account.
4. Use the username and password you created to log in.
Why can't I login?
You can't login if your account is not active.
When you first registered with GlobalValueDirect.com, we sent you an activation email. You need to click on the activation link or copy and paste the entire URL into the address window of your web browser. If you cannot find the email after a while, you can try the following:
* Check your junk mail
* Add no-reply@GlobalValueDirect.com and support@GlobalValueDirect.com to your safe list on your address book.
Turn off your SPAM filters.
I created my account a few days ago, but did not activate then.
To resend your activation email, click on “Resend Activation Email” on the login page.
I used the activation link, but can still not login.
* You might also be mistyping your password.
* Make sure CAPS LOCK is off.
* If you still can't login, use the link on the login page to reset your password.

How do I become a seller?
Creating a shop on GlobalValueDirect.COM is free.
Login to your GlobalValueDirect.COM account and click the Sign up to Sell button under the Sell menu.
Follow the instructions online to complete the set up process. You will need an image/picture to represent your shop.
To add listings (items) for your shop, you need to purchase GVD Credits. We require that all sellers use a credit card to purchase GVD credits. GVD credits are used to pay fees. Fees are debited from your GVD credit when you list an item; renew an item, and when the item sells.
How does buying work?
You need to be a registered user to purchase items.
Registration is free and easy.
Every seller must be paid individually.
Each seller has their own store policy regarding returns and warranties.
We recommend that you contact seller for questions before purchase.
We recommend that you use Paypal for purchases.
What is an “average price”?
A listing can have options that bundle multiple products or may require buyer to purchase in bulk.
“Average price” is the price per unit taking into account all the options in the listing.
The price you pay may or may not be the average price.
How does the shopping cart work?
Click “Add to Cart” button next to the item you like to purchase.
Items are not removed from site nor reserved for you until you have completed the check out process.
If you purchase items from multiple sellers, you will need to complete a check out process for each seller and pay each seller individually.
What is the warranty for the product I purchased?
Each seller has their own store policy regarding returns and warranties.
Seller’s return policy can be found via the link at the top of the shop page.
Make sure that you contact the seller for questions before purchase.
What is the “Review” on the shop page mean?
Some products may have been reviewed by a user who created a group home page on the site. These users may have certain expertise that may assist user to better understand the product. These users may post their credentials on their group home page to validate their expertise. Currently, we do not offer a service to validate these credentials nor do we endorse these users.
How can I pay for the purchases?
The seller can have their own payment method.
